In preparation for Artscape 2023, Midtown Baltimore worked with female Baltimore-based artist Saba Hamidi to develop a series of five electrical box wraps along key N. Charles Street intersections. Funding support for this project was made possible by our partners at the Mayor’s Office of Arts and Culture.
